II. Scope of service
II.1. HOPIS reserves the right to modify the Site, its contents and its service offering without prior notice, either temporarily or permanently, or to cease operating the Site and/or all or part of the service offering contained therein.

III. Personal data protection
This notice describes the practices implemented by HOPIS within the framework of the Site, with regard to the protection of personal data.
III.1. Collection and use of personal data: HOPIS intends to give each User maximum control over his or her personal data. However, the Site has been designed to encourage optimum interaction with the User.
