International Women's day

March 8th is Women's Day !

As an 100% feminine sporting event, we consider this day to be essential and reaffirm our support for the fight for gender equality at all levels of society. Aware of the immense progress made by Humanity over the past several decades, we are convinced that we must each have a reflection on how to go further.

Today, in France, women are on average paid 16.9% less than men for the same job. That's 0.3 points less than in 2019, and 4 points less than 10 years ago.

Wage inequality is decreasing, but still persists. This is why we are proposing an offer this year that will symbolically allow our level to compensate for these differences.
